Payment Options

We happily accept MOST insurance coverage and will do all of the billing. It is advisable for the patient to verify their chiropractic benefits before coming into the office. Please do not assume that you have coverage without confirming it with your insurance carrier. Ultimately, it is the patient's responsibility to be aware of their health coverage.

Auto and Work injuries require NO copay by the patient and the insurance company is billed directly without any payment from the patient.

Patients without health insurance or without chiropractic coverage will be afforded a substantial discount in order to assist in their ability to pay for necessary care. Cash, Check, Visa MasterCard, Discovery and American Express are all acceptable payment options at Spine Tree. There are instances where we take personal situations into consideration.
